What makes Power Plus Different?

People ask us to explain what sets us apart from other cleaners.

This is difficult to explain because every carpet cleaner is going to say pretty much the exact same thing, things like: “we are the best because we have the best equipment, products, customer service, etc… and I feel that we do have all those things.

However, that is not what sets our business apart.

Recently our entire company was asked to read the book “Good to Great” by Jim Collins. This book has completely transformed our company. One of the things that he says, which has become our company theme is, “Good is the enemy of great”. Meaning, the reason we don’t have great schools is because we have really good schools, the reason we don’t have great government is because we have good government, the reason we don’t have great companies is because we have good companies, etc…

We get so comfortable being good that we don’t every strive to be great. We don’t want to be just another good carpet cleaning company, or even a really good carpet cleaning company…we want to be GREAT. We want to be Elite.

That is our goal. We don’t want you as a customer one time, we want you as a customer for lifetime.

As owners and employees alike that is the culture and goal every time we go into a home or offie. We only hire people who have these types of attributes. If all an employee cares about is a quick easy pay check or rushing through a job, then they can go work for someone else.

We search hard for people that want to be part of something great. This new focus has changed the way we think, speak, act and clean. I can’t promise that we won’t ever make a mistake, or that we won’t have on off day here and there, but I can absolutely guarantee you that if you don’t feel our service was “Great” we will do what ever it takes to make you change your mind.

Meet The Staff

Devron Larson
- Co-Founder & CEO

Devron has been in the carpet cleaning business for 31 years. He has started, owned, and sold 3 different companies/franchises. In 2012 he and his Partner Cody Church started Power Plus Cleaning and have established themselves as experts in their field, and are know by their customers as offering an elite cleaning service and experience.

Cody Church
- Co-founder and President

Cody has been in the carpet cleaning business for over 25 years and owned a successful business before partnering with Devron and starting Power Plus. Cody is known for his incredible work ethic, honestly and passion for building a business with the highest integrity.

Kade Church
- Owner & COO

Kade had cleaned carpets in his brother Cody’s business for many years and joined Power Plus as a partner/owner in 2013. Kade brings his background in carpet cleaning as well as his years of experience in project management, as well as managing employees, sales teams and marketing.

Dallas Larson
- Owner - Vice President

Dallas grew up in carpet cleaning business, and has been cleaning carpets for over 10 years. He was key in helping us open and expand our operation in both Utah and California. He has since earned his way as a new partner of the company and is known for his willingness to go above and beyond for both the company and customers alike.

Jamen Miller
- Partner and COO - Power Plus Salt Lake County

Jamen has been with Power Plus since 2015 and quickly established himself as not only a top level cleaning technician but a huge asset to the company. His attention to detail, customer service, hard work and degree in business management made him the best choice to bring on as a new partner as we expanded an office into the Salt Lake County area. Jamen also speaks fluent Spanish when needed.

Don Naylor
- Sr Lead Technician

Don was the first employee hired at Power Plus in 2014 and has proven to be a customer favorite. He is known for his attention to detail as well as his outstanding customer service.

Justice Green
- Lead Technician

Justice started cleaning as a Jr Technician when he was 16 years old. Since then he has proven himself as one of our very best technicians. When he comes into your home you feel very comfortable with him and his contagious smile. He is absolutely committed to making sure you have the best experience possible when he is in your home. He is know as the work horse of our company and is willing to help anyone at anytime. His 5 star reviews and customer comments about his work show why he is quickly becoming another customer favorite. Justice is currently in training to become a new partner and will be opening an office in St George soon. Justice also speaks fluent Spanish when needed.

Jace Miller
- Jr Technician

Jace is one of our top Technicians and has proven to be a great asset to our company this year.  Jace has been with Power Plus for 4 years now and is know as the work horse of our company

Cherrie Green
- Office Manager

Cherrie has completely revolutionized our office and company. She is loved by all of our employees and customers alike. She is very friendly and as fanatic about customer service. She has been in management and customer service for over 20 years and brings an immense amount of experience to her Power Plus. If you ever need anything Cherrie is the person you want to talk to!


Cherish is an original owner of the company and together with her Husband, Devron Larson (CEO), they worked together to create a strong business.  Cherish has overseen and managed all day to day accounting, billing and payroll for Power Plus.  She is the person behind the scenes that keep the company functioning day to day.
